Our Summer STEM Camp 2026 is the perfect adventure for young innovators aged 6–13! Packed with hands-on learning, exciting tech projects, and creative challenges, kids will explore the world of STEM while making new friends and unforgettable memories.

💲 Cost: $200 per week

Rules:

Bring a lunch/snacks (Peanut Free) and a refillable water bottle.
Children must be school aged and toilet trained
Children will be outside for some activities (weather permitting) so please bring appropriate attire. Everything to be labeled.
Please do not bring any toys or personal items.
Drop off between 8:30am and pick up between 3:30pm.

Policies:

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to space restrictions.
Advance registration is recommended for all programs.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
All registration is subject to availability.
Payment is due in full, at time of registration.
Payment can be made in person, [appointment only] Monday-Saturday 11-4pm by cash, credit, debit or cheque. Or e-transfer to a nushadsouza@techwillow.ca

Refunds:

Partial refund: A 20% non-refundable administration fee is applied to all cancellations made up to 5 business days prior to the camper's start date. All cancellation requests must be submitted to anushadsouza@techwillow.ca in writing at least 5 business days prior to the camper’s start date. We are unable to process refund requests over the phone.
-No refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 business days prior to the camper's start date. No refunds will be provided to campers who do not attend camp. No refunds may be issued once the program has begun as resources have been committed for the camper’s participation. Refunds will not be issued in the event your camper is sent home due to inappropriate or harmful behaviours. No refunds will be made in the event of a facility closure due to weather warnings.
