HI! I am Anusha Maria Dsouza (Founder) , a dynamic technology enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry. My journey has taken me from bustling cityscapes to the serene fields of Tillsonburg, and I'm thrilled to share my story with you.

Anusha Maria Dsouza (Founder) boasts an impressive academic background, earning a Bachelor's of Science with majors in Mathematics, Statistics, and Physics. She furthered her education with a Master's in Computer Applications from MIT. Her commitment to learning extends to specialized certifications, including:

- Google Project Management Certification

- Product Ideation, Design, and Management Certification from Google

- Scrum Master Certification from Google

- Unity Expert Certification from Unity Technologies

- Certification in Developing AR/VR/MR/XR Apps with WebXR, Unity & Unreal from University of Michigan .

- Certified STEM Educator

As a Senior Product Owner and Mobile Game Developer, Anusha brings over 15 years of expertise in building innovative software applications, mobile apps, and engaging video games. She has made significant contributions to blockbuster titles such as Subway Surfers, Monkeez and Friends, and casino slot games, alongside projects for clients like Wayfair and Fender. Anusha's work also includes impactful collaborations with organizations like the UNITY Technologies and Nutrien, developing educational games such as Farmers 2050 and Journey 2050, and holding multiple patents in shaders and game mechanics. Specializing in cutting-edge technologies like Unity3D, Anusha has crafted immersive experiences for users worldwide. Her passion for technology and knack for problem-solving have been driving forces throughout her career, and she eagerly channels this energy into teaching and mentorship.

Our faculty and visiting lecturers hail from industry-leading conglomerates, bringing their extensive experience in cutting-edge technologies to our institution. Actively engaged in developing innovative technology solutions, our faculty is deeply committed to sharing their expertise and inspiring the next generation of technology leaders.

Our Journey began over a decade ago when we decided to start anew in Canada, settling first in Toronto, then the GTA before finding our way to the tranquil countryside in Tillsonburg. Surrounded by the vibrant communities of Oxford, Elgin, and Norfolk County, we've embraced a new lifestyle running a small homestead farm called Elan Estates. Our days are filled with caring for animals[Chickens, Dogs, Cats and Rabbits], cultivating fresh vegetables, and engaging in community service.

Our Mission, rooted in our decade-long Canadian experience and deep technological background, is to give back to the community that has become our home. We aim to bridge the gap between academia and industry, helping future generations build a solid foundation in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). We are passionate about sharing our knowledge and experience to prepare students for successful careers in technology and beyond. We believe that every young person has the potential to become a future technology leader, and we are dedicated to guiding, mentoring, and inspiring them on their journey.
